Park Rules

· Quiet Hours: 10:PM to 7:00 AM

· Respect your campground neighbors and area citizens.

· Pets on a leash are welcome and must be cleaned up after. Unattended pets must be left in a camper. Pets must be cleaned up after. If your pets are disruptive or aggressive you WILL be asked to leave.

· Collars or “donuts” must be used on all sewer connections.

· Please do not put sanitary napkins, tampons, diapers or paper towels through the sewer.

· Only one vehicle per site. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated area.

· No fireworks permitted.

· Visitors of park residents are welcome but not allowed to stay.

· Speed limit in campground: 5 Miles per hour.

· No outside storage of items is permitted.

· Nailing, hanging or otherwise damaging property trees is prohibited.

· Do not burn garbage in the fire pits.

· Background check and proof of income may be required for residents

· No generators allowed.

· No trespassing off campground property.

· A maximum of 2 persons per site and two vehicles.

· RV and Camper Insurance suggested-Howards Creek RV is not responsible for damage to your unit from any factor included trees, storms, fire and theft

· Camper age and condition must be disclosed prior to registering.

· No public consumption.

· Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service or evict anyone violating our terms or breaking the law or county ordinance.

· Lease is month to month at 650.00 due upon the first day each month. Arrivals less than 30 days are prorated. Departures less than a month are to pay the full month. 5% late charges apply if rent not paid on time.
