Park Rules
· Quiet Hours: 10:PM to 7:00 AM
· Pets on a leash are welcome and must be cleaned up after. Unattended pets must be left in a camper. If your pets are disruptive or aggressive you WILL be asked to leave.
· Residents assume liability for their RV from the perils of nature and insurance is recommended.
· Please do not put sanitary napkins, tampons, diapers or paper towels through the sewer.
· No fireworks permitted.
· Visitors of park residents are welcome but not allowed to stay.
· Parents are responsible for their children.
· Speed limit in campground: 5 Miles per hour.
· No outside storage of personal items nor trash is permitted.
· Political signage is prohibited.
· Nailing, hanging or otherwise damaging property trees is prohibited, no spraying herbicides around trees.
· Do not burn garbage in the fire pits.
· Background checks required for all residents
· No generators allowed.
· No trespassing off campground property.
· A maximum of 2 persons per site and two vehicles.
· Self-contained units only.
· Camper age and condition must be disclosed prior to registering.
· No public consumption.
· Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service or evict anyone violating our terms or breaking the law or county ordinance.
Lease is month to month at 700.00 due upon the first day each month. Power is billed separately. If tenet puts power in their name a 50.00 discount is provided on the monthly rent. 5% late charges apply if rent not paid on time. 2 late payments within 12 months is cause for eviction
